Choose a package

Each package has suits different needs – if you are single freelancer, you may choose the FREELANCE package which offers one language pair, while a translation company would elect the ADVANCED package that can encompass all of its offerings.

Language pairs can be changed at any time and published, but only the published pairs are offered.

Update profile page

Select a username, provide contact details and let us know what services you provide.

Add you details, avatar, background and article, which can include images and embedded video clips. Use this tool to present you work and provide general samples.

Don’t forget to read the Terms & Conditions…

Once you have registered your account is active.Check to see your URL: username

Continue to your dashboard by clicking Accounton the main menu.


A background image can be anything from a business card, a work sample or a photo or illustration which are related to your work.

Use the provided template below to best fit the image to you page. Right click on the following Background template image and save it on your drive. Use this image with your own background and upload it withthe ‘UPLOAD BACKGROUND’ menu in ‘ACCOUNT’ page.


The dashboard is where you manage your profile, projects and quotes.

Once registered, you are redirected to the ‘My Profile’ page in editing mode.

View your published profile page by clicking the ‘See Public Profile’ button. This is how people see your page.

Use the side menu tools to customize and manage your account:

See your Public Profile.

Upload Avatar – Updating your own Avatar.

Upload Background image – Update the background image on your profile page.

My Posts – Publish your own post on your profile page.

Messages – Send and receive private messages.

My Profile – Update profile details.

Account – Update membership level.

Setting – Update password and email.

My Projects – Manage your projects.

My Quotes – Manage your Quotations.


My Profile

Tell everybody about your offered services using the ‘My Profile’ section.

Make sure the profile page reflects exactly what you do and which services you can provide.

This is also where you setthe language pairs you work with.

 My Posts

Upload an article to let people understand your services and style. Thishelps driverelevant audiences to your page.

Include tags from the article body to boost your web presence.

In an article you can add text and images and share YouTube clips.

The public profile is what people see as they reachyour page on

This page should be clear, straight forward and to the point. Adding a background image that delivers a message regarding your servicemakes a big difference.

The Public profile page is built of few elements. Remember to complete all these details to get the most out of you membership.
